 | Comprehensive Family Practice (CFP) is composed of two physicians. President . Treasurer and CEO is Dr. Lisa L. Smith, M.D. and Vice President and Secreatary is Dr. Michael P. Neverauskas, D.O.. Both physicians are board certified in family practice. The company was founded in 1997 by Dr. Smith who had aquired the practice from Dr. Jean Guy Heon. The practice is family based and focuses on prevention as well as maintanance of health. Both Allopathic and Osteopathic medical disciplines are practiced. Patients have a choice between a male or female physician. Dr. Neverauskas is triligual and speaks both Lithuanian and Spanish. Both are natives of the Toledo area. The practice has since become a satilite office of the Toledo Clinic on March 1, 2007. CFP is part of the Family Practice Department at the Toledo Clinic. The Physicians in this practice are on staff at all local hospitals (except MUO and St. Lukes). Consultation is by appointment only. Office hours: Mon - Thurs 10:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fri 10:00 am- 12:00pm. Our Facility is smoke free. No guns allowed on the premesis ( except for police officers).
